DRIVING FROM MANHATTAN.
Travel south towards the tip of the island; take the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel across the East River to Brooklyn, and follow signs to STATEN ISLAND, or to the VERRAZANO BRIDGE., which you cross. There are toll-booths waiting you on Staten Island; pay your toll, then take the exit for Clove Road and Richmond Road. Trundle along to the third light; turn right on Clove Road. Trundle along some more, to the sixth light, and turn right onto Bard Avenue. The third light on Bard is at the intersection with Henderson Avenue; turn left, a little ways down the road you will come upon Davis avenue, make a left and right before you hit Castleton Avenue you’ll find the church (black stone, elm trees) then you’ll behold a driveway running into the churchyard . . . .
